The following coaching programs include pre and post fitness assessments.
Sixty minute sessions Teams (No more than 8 participants per session) Eight week conditioning cycles. Preregistration is required. Based on space available Packages: 2 Sessions per week 3 Sessions per week Buddy/Partner Coaching and One-on-one Coaching (Fees are computed on a per person basis): Program length is determined by the amount of time needed to effectively achieve your goals. Note: 30-minute sessions for Buddy/Partner and One-on-One Coaching are available for those with greater time constraints. Fees are based on two-thirds of sixty minute session rates
Apart from the clinic fee the following prices are based on an eight week commitment. Depending on your goals and interests the number of weeks you need coaching may differ.
