Condition Your Mind
The first component of this program, and without a doubt the most important, is the mental aspects. One of my favorite sayings is, “We are all six inches from success, and that six inches is between our ears.”
We are inundated with messages each waking moment, truths we hear from a variety of sources. These messages impact our health and well-being far beyond what we imagine.
Because much of the messaging we hear is misguided, we need to intentionally condition our minds in a way that will produce outcomes in alignment our goals.
