Condition Your Mind

The first component of this program, and without a doubt the most important, is the mental aspects. One of my favorite sayings is, “We are all six inches from success, and that six inches is between our ears.”

 

We are inundated with messages each waking moment, truths we hear from a variety of sources. These messages impact our health and well-being far beyond what we imagine.

 

Because much of the messaging we hear is misguided, we need to intentionally condition our minds in a way that will produce outcomes in alignment with God’s perfect will for our lives. As the apostle Paul states in Romans 12:2,

 

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”

 

Conditioning our minds is the first step towards optimal health and well-being, but there are two other components to the program you'll want to understand as well.
